In order to do our part in helping the environment and offer the best possible prices, we have not used printed catalogs since 2005. Printed catalogs harm the environment in many ways. The tremendous amount of paper used to make them results in entire forests being cut down. The catalogs are eventually discarded and take up unnecessary landfill space. Printed catalogs are also very expensive to produce, maintain, and ship which results in increased product prices. Please encourage any company you do business with not to use printed catalogs and you will make a difference! If there is a particular item you are looking for that you cannot locate on our site please e-mail us and we will gladly let you know if we stock it.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes, for large purchases please review our Bulk Quantities Page. For orders under $500.00 our wholesale discounts are already worked into our price. The amount of your discount depends on the amount you purchase. Most of our sizes are priced so that each size upgrade is at least a 10% discount from the previous size. Sometimes size upgrades are as large as 50%!!!
Do I have to make my payment through PayPal?
No, we accept Internet payments and phone payments through your credit card. We also accept personal checks, money orders, western union, and a variety of other payments.
Do you need a tax-id # to make a purchase?
No, we sell to everyone. Tax-id #'s are only required if you live in Georgia and do not want to pay sales tax on your order.
Why does my shopping cart not show up?
Your web browser is set to block pop-up's. Our shopping cart runs on PayPal (which is trusted by millions) and runs on a separate window. You need to allow pop-ups from our site for the shopping cart to work.
Why am I not getting any e-mails?
Your E-mail provider is sending our e-mails to your junk/spam folder or you entered an incorrect e-mail address when you placed your order.
Do you have a restocking fee?
No and Yes. If you want to exchange an item for any of the millions of beads and supplies we stock, we have no restocking fee on your exchange. If you want a refund, we have a 25% restocking fee.
