We want you to be happy with your order!!!

*  Any items returned for store credit receive 100% credit!!!  Just write "Store Credit" on your return when you send it back and we will issue you a store credit.

*  Returns that are exchanged for other items receive a 100% credit!  Click here for exchange guidelines.

*  If you do not want a store credit or an exchange, there is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.

*  We only accept returns for refunds, store credit, and exchanges within 30 days of the original order date.

*  There are no refunds or exchanges on closeout or clearance items.

*  We do not cover shipping costs or insurance to return items.

*  We carefully pack all items when shipped and request the same when items are returned.  Any items that are damaged when returned will not be refunded or exchanged.

*  We recommend you insure all returned items in case they are damaged.

*  We only issue refunds or exchanges on unopened and unused items in new condition.

*  All returned items should be tracked via delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.  We are not responsible for returns that become "lost in the mail".
