1) Read our return policy for time frames, tracking information, and other guidelines.
2) Print out a list of the items you want and include that list with the products you are sending back. The easiest way is to add the items you want to your shopping cart and then print out a copy of your shopping cart.
3) Include a check or money order for any difference in price between the items you want and the items you are sending back.
4) Make careful selections. We only allow 1 exchange per item per order. In other words, if you don't like something and send it back for another item, you can't send that item back for a third item.
5) Carefully package the items you are sending back. You must use a padded mailer or box. A regular envelope will be damaged by the USPS's automated sorting machines.
